ICCT-H

The Internet Cognitive Ability Test Higher educational level (ICCT-H) measures the cognitive ability or intelligence of the applicant (g-score). Cognitive ability is a good predictor of future work performance. The ability to process information rapidly and to think rationally are important determinants of work performance, including how fast the applicant will learn new things, his problem solving skills and which job responsibilities the applicant can handle.

The ICCT-H is developed for candidates with at least a higher professional education level. It takes about 30 minutes to complete the test. The ICCT-H contains four different subtests. These subtests cover different domains of cognitive capability. The subtests are analogies, diagrams, number series and figure series. Each subtest has a time limit.

The reliability of the test is .84. This reliability is based on the scores of 4145 candidates.

A large amount of evidence proves beyond a doubt that a well constructed intelligence test is the most valid way to predict learning and job success.

The ICCT-H is available in English and in Dutch. The test can be administered via internet.
